Please note that this litepaper serves the purpose of providing a brief overview of the GigaSpace metaverse. It is not intended to represent the full roadmap of the project. We will continue to provide updates as the development of the project unfolds.

STEPN City
STEPN City is a sports-themed virtual city that we’re building for our partner, STEPN, the web3 fitness app. Covering 24 x 24 units (Giga SPACELAND) in our metaverse, GigaSpace, STEPN City offers various scenes and experiences to users.
Among them is STEPN Maze, an exciting obstacle course where users can compete against each other for prizes. Additionally, the virtual city includes a physical merch store where users can purchase real-life STEPN merchandise, as well as a sportswear NFT store where users can acquire STEPN sportswear for their avatars in GigaSpace. The token utility tower is also a prominent feature, as it offers applications of $GMT, the governance token of STEPN.
We’re thrilled to be building this innovative project in collaboration with STEPN, and we believe it will be a fantastic addition to GigaSpace, offering an engaging and interactive way for fitness enthusiasts to connect and compete in a virtual world.
MOOAR Wonderland
MOOAR Wonderland is a testament to GigaSpace’s commitment to supporting the growth of the NFT ecosystem.
By creating a virtual city that serves as a hub for NFT creators and collectors, GigaSpace is providing a platform for creators to showcase their work and connect with like-minded individuals.
The Hall of Fame serves as a permanent tribute to the top 3 winners of every MOOAR season, while the Art Gallery provides a space for participants to promote their work and engage with collectors.
The Community Space encourages members to interact with each other and share ideas, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the NFT ecosystem.
Through MOOAR Wonderland, GigaSpace is bridging the gap between the NFT world and the metaverse, providing creators and collectors with new ways to connect and derive value from their NFTs.
SPACELAND NFTs
SPACELANDs are the building blocks of the GigaSpace metaverse. They are non-fungible tokens on the Ethereum blockchain (ERC-721) that represent plots of land in our virtual world. Each SPACELAND unit (1x1) represents a single plot of land, and owning the NFT of a SPACELAND gives you the right to develop it as you see fit. You can build anything you want on your space, from houses to schools to stores and more. You can even rent out your space to others for different uses.
There are five different types of SPACELANDs available: Giga (24x24), Mega (12x12), X-Large (6x6), Large (3x3), and Standard (1x1). Currently, only X-Large, Large, and Standard SPACELANDs are available for public sale, with the remaining SPACELANDs being released in phases over the coming years. This limited supply means that owning a SPACELAND is a scarce and valuable asset, giving you the opportunity to create your own virtual business, games, experiences, and more.
As an owner of a SPACELAND, you can benefit from the traffic driven by our 100+ business partners, potentially work with them, and monetize from it. You can also secure high-traffic locations in the virtual world, and be among the first to experience and build in GigaSpace. Furthermore, you will have a voice in the governance of GigaSpace and influence its future development. Additionally, as a SPACELAND owner, you will be eligible for future airdrops.
It’s important to note that only 20–30% of the total 254,016 SPACELANDs will be available for purchase in the first year, and the remaining SPACELANDs will only be made available when the majority of the community agrees to it. This scarcity ensures that owning a SPACELAND remains valuable and is not diluted.
GIGI Special Edition
GIGI is a little flying android that follows you wherever you go in the GigaSpace metaverse to assist you with all the questions you may have. Originally, GIGI was a soulbound token (SBT) that was airdropped to all landlords in the GigaSpace metaverse, and owning a GIGI was a symbol of being a space landlord in GigaSpace.
However, the GIGI Special Edition is an NFT collection dedicated to supporting the NFT ecosystem and empowering creators. It is an ERC721 NFT token, not an SBT, with a limited quantity of 100 only. Each GIGI Special Edition NFT comes with a unique skin and holders will receive a special edition OG role. As a holder of the GIGI Special Edition, you will also be able to enjoy special utilities of the NFT in the MOOAR Wonderland.
The Special Edition is inspired by the vision behind the MOOAR Launchpad, which aims to empower creators with tools and support as the success of the NFT movement is dependent on artistic development. We participated in the MOOAR Season 1 launchpad to raise awareness of the launchpad and also contribute to the NFT ecosystem by dedicating metaverse space to PFP artists. With our metaverse support, we hope to provide extra utilities to their NFT collection.
Achievement System — SBT (Soulbound Token)
In GigaSpace, we believe that achievements should be rewarded, especially in a metaverse that emphasizes community and collaboration. Our achievement system is designed to encourage users to explore and engage with the GigaSpace metaverse.
Unlike traditional systems that track achievements on a database, we plan to use soulbound token (SBT) technology to ensure users’ records are stored permanently on the blockchain. Through our dedicated system, users who have completed certain achievements will be able to claim a SBT. This provides a tangible and valuable reward for users.
The achievement system is built on a tiered structure that ranges from basic to advanced achievements. Basic achievements include actions such as creating an avatar and exploring the metaverse, while advanced achievements require more complex actions like owning multiple properties and hosting community events.
As users progress through the tiers, they will earn rewards such as unique wearables, in-game currency, and other special items that can be used in the metaverse. These rewards not only recognize users for their achievements but also allow them to customize their avatars and properties to make them stand out in the metaverse.
In addition to individual achievements, we also encourage community-driven achievements that require collaboration and interaction among users. These achievements promote a sense of community and teamwork in the GigaSpace metaverse.
We are constantly updating and adding new achievements to ensure that users have a variety of challenges to explore and engage with. Our goal is to create a rewarding and engaging experience for users that goes beyond just exploring the metaverse.
Multichain Support & Arbitrum Integration
GigaSpace has recently integrated with Arbitrum, the next-generation Layer 2 technology for Ethereum dApp development. With the increasing number of transactions in a metaverse, the Ethereum blockchain alone is not enough to support GigaSpace’s needs. By adopting a Layer 2 solution like Arbitrum, we ensure that GigaSpace can deliver a much more satisfying user experience.
In addition to SPACELANDs, GigaSpace will have other assets like scenes, buildings, furniture, vehicles, and accessories that will be frequently transacted or transferred in the virtual world. These items will be processed on Arbitrum.
Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) will play a significant role in our achievement system. Users will complete tasks to receive these untradeable items on Arbitrum.
As the Web3 ecosystem moves towards supporting multichain solutions, GigaSpace is ready to embrace this trend. As a metaverse, we believe it is crucial to integrate more blockchains in order to facilitate our ecosystem’s growth. Stay tuned for more updates on our multichain support and integration efforts.
Metaverse Token
We will be launching our governance token later this year, with details to be announced in the future. Landlords in the GigaSpace metaverse will be eligible to receive airdrops of the token upon its launch. Stay tuned for more updates on the GigaSpace token.
