We’re happy to tell you that we’ll be commencing the first SPACELAND Public Sale at the end of October. Please stay tuned for the exact date and time.
In preparation for the public sale, we’ve compiled a list of questions that are frequently asked to help you navigate through the GigaSpace galaxy.
In this article, you will learn how to purchase a SPACELAND during the presale and how to customize it on our map.
1. What Is a SPACELAND?
A SPACELAND is an non-fungible token (NFT) that represents your ownership of a plot of virtual real estate in the GigaSpace metaverse, where you can build and create experience upon it, and monetize from it by conducting business activities.

2. How to Purchase a SPACELAND?
Purchasing a SPACELAND is simple and intuitive.
- You can purchase it through a MetaMask wallet.
- Currently, we support ETH as the payment currency (we may announce more available options in the near future).
- You may select your SPACELAND on the “Map of the Galaxy”.
3. Where Can I Find my SPACELAND?
Once you have successfully purchased a SPACELAND, it will minted and transferred to your wallet.
- You will be able to find it on the “Map of the Galaxy”, on the coordinates that you purchased.
- You will be able to see it in your MetaMask wallet.
- You will also be able to find it under your wallet profile on OpenSea.
4. How Can I Customize My SPACELAND?
Under Map on our website, select your plot of SPACELAND. From there, you will be able to input
- Name
- Description
- and upload up to 3 feature images.
Simply click “save” to save your edits.
5. How Much Time Do I Need to Wait for the Purchase Transaction?
You will need to select your SPACELAND and mint the NFT. Like minting any other NFTs, you’ll need to specify a gas fee when you interact with the Ethereum network.
Theoretically, the more gas fee you pay, the faster the transaction will go through. Generally, it should only take minutes to complete a transaction.
6. How Much Does a SPACELAND Cost?
Only 1x1 and 3x3 SPACELAND will be available in this public sale.
- A 1x1 SPACELAND will cost 0.1 ETH.
- A 3x3 SPACELAND will cost 1 ETH.
As a token of appreciation to our early supporters, we will hold a community campaign in advance of the sale. Users who complete the tasks to help promote us will enjoy a discount.
The supply of other larger SPACELANDs (e.g. 6x6, 12x12, 24x24) is very limited and they are reserved for our major partners and backers only. Since the development of such large spaces requires a lot of effort and our technical team has to work very closely with our partners to deliver a valuable experience to users.
7. Does All Locations Costs the Same?
Yes. All 1x1 and 3x3 SPACELAND will cost 0.1 ETH and 1 ETH respectively in this public sale. However, there are already reserved estates from our partners and backers. If you choose a location near those estates, your SPACELAND should be more valuable.
8. What Happens If My Transaction Failed?
There could be a couple of reasons. But since our sale is open to public, there could be a lot of users trying to purchase the same SPACELAND at the same time.
If another user has already purchased the SPACELAND successfully, your transaction will not go through, rest assured that your funds will not be decreased from your balance.
